Our views are shaped by our experiences over time, and it is hard to change them completely or even slightly modify them. Culture change is one of the few ways to make the future of your business bright and prosperous. You need to make sure the plan of action is long-lasting and consistent. Think about where you would like to go and how you plan to get there, weigh all the pros and cons of your plan, and start to implement it to grow your business.
One of the biggest challenges for businesses maintaining a new culture is a short-term strategy.
